A Perfect Sunday!

What is a family of FOUR children to do after a WONDERFUL day already, having spent hours at the Pumpin Patch with WONDERFUL friends (also having gone to an amazing service this morning at church where as always our pastor challenged us and inspired to live more of the life God has designed for us to live)??
Some might agree with sweet Kody, and think that a nap sounds wonderful and would be needed for ALL!
Although after his little nap, Kody like the rest of us was ready to continue enjoying the wonderfully sunny day! And being that we were up in Canada and there are sushi restaurants galore ... we ALL couldn't resist the urge! So SPONTANEOUSLY (yep with four kids one of who is a baby) we picked up sushi and had a picnic dinner at the most beautiful river ... (I often truly do wonder if we don't live in the most beautiful place on "earth" ... I LOVE all the colors of fall)!

And of course mamma couldn't resist taking MORE pictures after the MANY she had already taken at the Pumpkin Patch ...

(I'm sometimes amazed at all of the fun adventures we can fit in one day ... later all six of us went for a long roller blade around town with the kids and we also all watched half of Snow White before bed ... )

CARPE DIEM ... seize the moment, EVERY MOMENT, live it to the FULLEST!!!!! That is what we did today (and what we aspire to do on the many days we don't) :)

I am in awe of your beautiful family. Good for you guys for living out the life we are commanded to live.

I am proud to know you and thrilled to know how very grateful Kody's Ghanaian family would be if they knew even half of the life he is living now.

I feel a tiny bond with you guys and am inspired to live fuller when I read your blog.

Grace,
Tanya
