Something has been heavy on my heart lately ...
In looking to God for understanding, I did the "okay God I'm going to open up my Bible and what ever page I open it to, please SPEAK to me." These were the first few verses I read!
"I saw the tears of the oppressed -
and they have no comforter;
power was on the side of the oppressor -
and they have no comforter.
And I declared that the dead,
who has alredy died,
are happier than the living,
who are still alive.
But better than both
is he who has not yet been,
who has not yet seen the evil
that is under the sun."
Ecclesiastes 4:1-3
In case you are wondering, I'm still praying through how exactly these verses apply to me!
