The KING is COMING!

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh - I AM SO PROUD!

Last night, Bella was in her 2nd performance ... where she sang a solo part! AND without any bias, she did BEAUTIFULLY =) Okay, LOTS of bias here!! Lets just say though, that I had to hold back my tears when she sang her solo part! It really sounded beautiful, and she sang it with SUCH CONFIDENCE!! Oh my heart! Bella at times can be painfully shy ... and as one of our CLOSEST friends (the dad of the family) said, "I can barely get her to say two words yet she gets up in front of hundreds of people and sings like that!" Although Bella is anything but quiet at home, people OFTEN comment on how quiet she is!!! Seriously (again no bias, but this does NOT apply to my other kids) ... since Bella was two she has LOVED to sing and has been able to sing in tune =) I personally LOVE music as well!!

ALL the kids though were amazing ... there were about 15 kids who have practised at least twice a week since October, and they all totally SHINED ... shined for Jesus! Some of them had LOTS of lines ... and were as young as 7-8 and they did sooooooooooooooo GREAT! They all had a stellar GIFTED teacher who taught and inspired them! The 1st picture is of Bella with the director, SWEET Ashlie! What a GIFT the program was! What a GIFT Ashlie is! The next picture was this morning ... with Kody! School started late and they had just come in from playing out in the snow and they were warming up!

The play was about OUR KING ... and how He DID COME ... in the form of a baby!! AND it was an awesome reminder of how at Christmas we often overlook the ENTIRE MEANING of Christmas, just like the people in the play did!!!!!!!!!!!!
(Ella and Matteus also did a few songs with their Sunday school class before the play - and LOVED being up front! Ella especially =) Faith doesn't like it at all - which is totally okay =))

P.S. THANK YOU Rebs and Greg for coming and watching Bella - it MEANT TO MUCH!
