We are sooooooooooooooo thankful for our Pastor, who truly is a man who lives by the Holy Spirit!
About a week or so back we had our sweet Ella dedicated!
Our Pastor shared how he had prayed all week about what he was supposed to say, and shared how he felt he was supposed to pray a prayer of AUTHORITY over Ella! We SO appreciated it, and him! I could go on and on about all of the things we SO respect about our pastor ... but I won't, except to say THANK YOU JESUS for Pastor Kim for the EVIDENCE OF YOU in him and through him!
Ella appreciated the focus on her! When I first told her that we were going to have her dedicated, and that we would bring her up to the front and that we would be praying for her .. .her whole face light up! I remember telling Sam when I first met Ella (I was traveling to Ghana for Kody) that her name should be "JOY" ... we never made that her name, but it still could be her name! Ella has a passion for life that truly is contagious! As my dear friend Amanda said during her dedication, "Ella's laugh in itself could provide world peace!"
We are thankful for our 3rd daughter, who we NEVER thought we would have!
She is a BLESSING and a JOY ... beyond our wildest dreams!
She has her first full day of kindergarten tomorrow, she is SOOOO EXCITED! I wish her brother shared in her excitement, he starts tomorrow too! They will be in the same class at
Sam's parents were able to make it for the dedication! We are SO thankful for them! We soo treasure any and all of our time with them! They are now gone to Hong Kong until NEXT February, we miss them already!
They helped make Ella's dedication special, as did all of the other dear friends who made sure they were THERE at the 9AM service ... some even missing their own service at their own church! Thank you friends!
