Building my List of Thankfulness!


For weeks now I've been wanting to continue building my 1000 gifts list!
My own challenge this year is to make a list of the 1000 + things that I'm thankful for, as inspired by the book, "One Thousands Gifts."

So here I go ...

101. our new Bus (aka van) gifted to us
102.  the anonymous donor that gifted us our 15 passenger van
103. warm hats and gloves so that my kids can play outside in the snow
104. rain boots
105. rain coats
106. hand me down clothes for the girls from Aunt Niki
107. birthday cards that come in the mail for our jewels from their aunties
108.  my mom coming and spending the weekend with us a couple of weeks back
109.  Faith's and Matteus' basketball coach
110.  the local YMCA
111.  Bella's worship dance class
112.  Deborah Gray, and the leadership & education she has brought to the world of attachment

193. birds bathing in our pond all year round

197.  the ability to be outside without having to worry about malaria carrying mosquito's

200. that I have two fully functioning hands that I can type with, and do anything I want ...

So this list seemed to be mostly about "stuff."

THANK YOU JESUS for the blessings of all of the stuff in my life, may I never take the stuff for granted, and never loose perspective of how much I've been given.
